Lali Sleepcare is a UK-based online business offering silk sleep, hair and self-care accessories.

2. Our Products
We take care to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting and device settings. As silk is a natural material, minor variations in appearance or texture may also occur.
Product availability may change, and we cannot guarantee that every product will always be available.
All products are subject to availability.
3. Placing an Order
To place an order, select your chosen product and any available options, add it to your basket and complete the checkout process.

You will have the opportunity to review your order before completing your purchase.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in limited circumstances, for example where a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing error, payment cannot be processed or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
If we are unable to fulfil an order after payment has been taken, we will contact you and deal with the payment in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. We currently use Squarespace Payments for online payments.
Lali Sleepcare does not need to receive or store your full payment card details in order to process your purchase.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
5. Delivery
Available delivery options, estimated delivery times and delivery costs will be displayed on our website or during checkout.
We may use different postal or courier providers depending on the destination, service selected and availability.
Please make sure that your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
If you notice an error in your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible at lalisleepcare@gmail.com. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.
Unless another delivery period has been agreed with you, we will deliver your order within the timeframe required by applicable UK consumer law.
Occasionally, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control. If there is a significant delay, we will take reasonable steps to keep you informed.

Our silk products are delicate and should be treated with appropriate care.
Please follow any care instructions supplied with your product or displayed on our website.
Natural wear over time may occur depending on how a product is used and cared for.

8. Promotions & Discount Codes
From time to time, Lali Sleepcare may offer promotional prices or discount codes.
Individual promotions may have additional conditions, including:

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers.
Discount codes must be entered correctly during checkout. We cannot guarantee that a discount can be applied retrospectively after an order has been completed.
We may amend or withdraw a promotion where reasonably necessary. This will not affect orders that have already been accepted using a valid promotion.
9. Gift Cards
If Lali Sleepcare offers gift cards, additional conditions may apply to their purchase and use.
Any applicable expiry date, restrictions or other important conditions will be communicated when the gift card is purchased.
Gift cards cannot normally be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
